What is Petite Ave?

Petite Ave is a clothing styling service for women under 5'5''. We can help you find anything from a pair of jeans to a dress for a friend's wedding. Our goal is to simplify the shopping experience for women under 5'5'' (regardless of size!).

How does it work?

You start by filling out a style profile. From there, our stylists get to work to find pieces that suit your style, size, and budget. 

Before shipping out your first box, we send images of the pieces we've picked for you. After reviewing your feedback, we rework our selections and send out your package.

Once you receive the package, you have 5 days to try everything on, decide on your favorites and send anything you don't want back (with free shipping both ways).

Why should I try Petite Ave?

It's easy and will give you lots of valuable time back! Instead of trying on piles of clothing before finding something that fits, you'll receive pieces that fit straight out of the box. By asking for your measurements in the style survey, we ensure that every piece we send fits just right.

Which brands do you carry?

We carry a large variety including Vince Camuto, Sanctuary, Bobeau, Tahari, Liverpool, Vero Moda, and Joe's Jeans, to name a few.

How often do I receive a shipment?

You can decide to receive a shipment once a month, every other month, or once a quarter, which you'll indicate in your style survey, and you can cancel anytime.

How much does it cost?

You pay for what you keep, and we do our very best to send pieces that are within the budget you've specified in your style profile.

We charge a $25 styling fee upfront that's used as credit towards any pieces you keep. Unfortunately, if you decide not to keep anything, the fee does not roll over to your next shipment.

Why do I see a $150 charge on my credit card?

We place a temporary hold on your card for $150 prior to shipment. Once we receive your returns, we'll release the full amount. This is a simple safeguard we use to protect ourselves from potential theft and fraud.

Why didn't I receive a preview before my second shipment?

We only send a preview before the first shipment to make sure we have a strong sense of your style. For every shipment thereafter, we make sure to pick pieces that align closely with the feedback you've given us along with what is written in your style survey. If you have a Pinterest fashion board, please feel free to share the link within your account.

How do I make changes to my style survey?

To update your preferences, please either leave a note for your stylist or fill out a new survey. We’re working on a dynamic style survey and hoping to launch that soon.

How much time do I have to try on the clothing?

The try-on period is 5 days. Need more time? Please request an extension by logging into your account and clicking on 'Shipment Schedule' on the left hand side.

Please note: we don't accept returns after the try-on (and extension) period. If the items are shipped back after this time period, they will be returned to you.

How do I return the items I don’t plan to keep?

Please use the prepaid poly mailer included in your package to send back your returns. You can either drop off your package at your local post office or request a pick-up by clicking here

If I need a different size, do you offer exchanges?

Absolutely! Please let us know at checkout, and we'd be happy to see if we have another size in stock. 

What sizes do you carry?

We carry 00P - 16P with a limited selection of plus-size petites. We're always working to expand our inventory.

How can I change my shipping frequency or cancel my subscription?

Where do you ship?

At the moment, we only ship within the US and its territories.
