What is Petite Ave?
Petite Ave is a clothing styling service for women under 5'5''. We can help you find anything from a pair of jeans to a dress for a friend's wedding. Our goal is to simplify the shopping experience for women under 5'5'' (regardless of size!).
How does it work?
You start by filling out a style profile. From there, our stylists work 1:1 with you to find pieces that suit your style, size, and budget.
Before shipping out your first box, we always send images of the pieces we've picked out for you. We ask for feedback and work directly with you until we find pieces that you absolutely love.
Once you receive the box, you have 5 days to try everything on, decide on your favorites and send everything else back (with free shipping both ways).
Why should I give Petite Ave a try?
It's risk free and will give you lots of valuable time back! Instead of trying on piles of clothing before finding something that fits, you'll receive pieces that fit straight out of the box. By asking for your measurements in the style survey, we ensure that every piece we send fits just right.
How often do I receive a shipment?
You can decide to receive a shipment once a month, every other month, or once a quarter, which you'll indicate in your style survey, and you can cancel anytime.
To cancel, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we don't receive a cancellation email from you, we'll assume that you'd like to receive another shipment from us.
How much does it cost?
You pay for what you keep, and we do our very best to send you pieces that are within the budget you've specified in your style profile.
We charge a $25 styling fee upfront that's used as credit towards any pieces you keep.
Why didn't I receive a preview before my second shipment?
We only send a preview before your first shipment to make sure we have a strong sense of your style. For every shipment thereafter, we make sure to pick pieces that align closely with the feedback you've given us along with what is written in your style survey. If you have a Pinterest fashion board, please feel free to share it with us by emailing the link to email@example.com.
Why do I see a charge on my credit card?
We place a temporary hold on your card for $150 prior to shipment. Once we receive your shipment back, we will charge you for the pieces you kept and release the remaining amount. This is a simple safeguard we use to protect ourselves from potential theft and fraud.
How much time do I have to try out the clothing?
We allow 5-days to try on the clothing and return the pieces you don't want. Need more time? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note: we don't accept returns after the try-on period.
If I need a different size, do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely! Either let us know in your feedback form or send an email to email@example.com, and we'd be happy to check and see if we have another size in stock.
Which brands do you carry?
We carry a large variety including Blank NYC, Free People, Vince Camuto, Sanctuary, Bobeau, Tahari, Kut from the Kloth, Madewell, and Joe's Jeans, to name a few.
